Who handles your enquiry
Sleekr handles enquiries sent through this website. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@sleekr.ai.
What we collect and why
The sales enquiry form collects your name, business name, email, optional phone number, business type and message. We also record the submission time and your acknowledgment of this notice and its version. Please do not include sensitive personal information.
We use this information to respond to your enquiry and discuss website services. This is based on our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries, or taking steps at your request before a contract where applicable. The privacy acknowledgment is not consent to promotional emails.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored in a private Lovable Cloud database. They are not accessible to public visitors or ordinary website accounts. Authorised project owners can review them in Cloud. We do not intentionally write form contents to application logs.
Website hosting and Cloud infrastructure providers process information to operate and secure the service. Technical request information may be processed by those providers. We do not sell enquiry details.
After an enquiry is successfully saved, Sleekr may send an internal notification containing the enquiry details to authorised Sleekr personnel so that we can respond promptly. If you choose the email fallback, your email is handled by the mail services used by you and Sleekr.
How long information is kept
Enquiries remain stored until an authorised owner deletes them. Automated deletion and a fixed retention period have not yet been configured. Contact us to request deletion; information needed for legal obligations or an ongoing matter may need to be retained.
Demo forms
The Beauty Salon, Car Detailing and Trades forms are simulations. They do not save or send your entries, request real quotes or reserve appointments. Use sample details only. The real Sleekr sales enquiry form is on the homepage.
Cookies and external services
This site does not currently install a Meta Pixel or optional advertising or analytics cookies. Essential hosting or security technologies may be used to provide the site. Optional tracking must remain off unless you choose to allow it.
Pages load fonts and some images from external services, which receive technical information such as your IP address when requested. Following WhatsApp or other external links takes you to services with their own privacy policies.
The enquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a security check that helps confirm submissions come from people rather than automated bots. Cloudflare processes technical information for this purpose under its own privacy terms.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law gives you rights to access, correct or erase personal data, restrict processing, object to legitimate-interest processing and request portability. Contact hello@sleekr.ai to exercise your rights. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
